This is one of my very first assignments in one of my classes I had to do. Using a pinned up fabric, we had to draw the fabric in charcoal and on charcoal paper and try to match the different shadows: core shadow, cast shadow, etc. It certainly wasn't easy! We had about six sessions to draw and finish up the drawing. I believe this was taken somewhere in between or after those sessions. I think it turned out pretty decent, but I know I still have a lot to learn, and I know I can do better than this.
